Returns
Hey BONITA! Things happen, we understand. If you are unhappy with your product, you are eligible for an exchange or a store credit. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer refunds unless approved by our customer service rep. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the exchange is shipping out to you.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@vivalabonita.com and send your item to: VIVA LA BONITA, 15235 South Brand Boulevard Mission Hills, Cs, 91345 United States.
Shipping
Orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill; during peak seasons, orders may take 7-10 business days to fulfill. The shipping time is applicable after the fulfillment time. For ex: If you are purchasing express 1 day shipping, the order will still take 5-7 business days to fulfill. Therefore, the express shipping will reflect once the item is fulfilled and dropped off at the post office. Choosing "express shipping" or "priority shipping" does not speed up the fulfillment time. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to hit us up and we can clear things up for you.
To return your product for an exchange, you should email our customer service rep at orders@vivalabonita.com first, then mail your product to: VIVA LA BONITA, 15235 South Brand Boulevard, Mission Hills, Ca 91345
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless approved otherwise by our customer service rep. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
