    I hope you and your loved ones are taking care and staying as safe as you can. Thank you so much for your continued support during this uncertain time. Due to COVID-19, all businesses have been forced to adapt and introduce new operational practices to keep their businesses up and running. With that being said, it’s important to communicate to you that Viva La Bonita is not operating normal but we are still shipping orders out. All orders will take 7-10 business days to fulfill due to the high volume we are experiencing with limited staff at the Warehouse. Please be patient with us during this time and rest assured that VLB is working hard everyday to get your orders packaged so they can be on the way to you as soon and safely as possible.

     

    Due to COVID-19  UPS, USPS, FedEx, and other shipping carrier companies have all been impacted by the high volume of online shopping and are not operating normally. You may experience delays once the package has shipped and left our facility. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking numbers to update. Please be patient with us during this time, once the package has arrived at the distribution centers and have been scanned, your tracking numbers will update. If you still don’t see movement on your tracking number after 72 hours, please don’t hesitate to contact info@vivalabonita.com for further tracking information on your package.

     

    I hope that you can understand that during this time, we are also experiencing a high volume of emails and direct messages coming in to our inboxes daily which will affect the 24 hour response time we use to have pre COVID-19. Emails and direct messages will now be answered within 48-72 hours in the order they are received. Please don’t email or direct message more than once in regards to the same order # inquiry as you will cause more delays due to extra influx of messages. We humbly ask that you remain patient and give us time to get to all of the emails. Our customer service and social media employees are now working from home which may cause unforeseen changes in day to day task fulfillment. 

     

    As far as exchanges go, you will also experience delays in exchange processing. Please give us 7-10 business days from the arrival date to our Warehouse, to complete your exchanges in a safely manner. Please refer to our size charts before ordering as this can help avoid ordering the wrong sizes. We also humbly ask that you please email info@vivalabonita.com before you send your items back to warehouse to make sure we have the sizes you need. Viva La Bonita is experiencing high volume and we may sell out on the size and styles you are wanting to exchange for. 

     

    Viva La Bonita is a small, self funded, family operated business in the San Fernando Valley and we truly appreciate your business! We know that without our community of BONITAS, we would not be here.
